Codeza Digital is a UK digital agency working with construction and trade businesses. If you have any questions about your information, email us at hello@codezadigital.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, trade and anything you write in a message. We also collect basic, anonymous information about how people use this website, such as which pages are visited.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free plan and, if you become a client, to do the work you have asked us to do. That is it.
What we will never do
We will never sell your details, pass them to other companies to market to you, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is what UK tax rules require.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work properly and to understand how many people visit. No advertising cookies are set unless you agree to them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will sort it within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything here, we will update the date at the top of this page.
